I set the NOV 1st deadline to give us 7 weeks from delivery with a guarantee delivery.
Right now we are getting orders delivered in 4-5 weeks, & I just wanted to give us a buffer due to increase in order volume from holidays and Oprah's fav list.
You would get your order in the 5-6 week mark, but I just can't "guarantee" delivery (middle of december) but as of now, that's the current estimate. I hope that makes sense :)
Artwork Proofs : You will get an artwork proof within 2-3 weeks of your order via Email. Please check your spam. It is your responsibility to approve the artwork within 7 days of it being sent to your email. If I hear no response in 7 days, I will move your order to production. - Revisions : Once I share your artwork, you will receive an email for you to view and approve or request 1 revisions, it is best to be specific with what you want exactly changed.
- Please only upload 1 photo. If you upload multiple photos we will choose the best one.
- For more than 2+ revisions it is $25.
- For a new photo it is $35.
- Please note, the art will be based on the photo you submit.

- Colors : If you are having trouble picking out a color, once your artwork is created I can create a free mockup for you to view colors and pick your favorite incase we need to change. If you have a special request, please reach out to me to see if I can special order your blank.
- Revisions : Once I share your artwork, you will receive an email for you to view and approve or request 1 revisions, it is best to be specific with what you want exactly changed.

- More than 1 dog : There is a $35 extra fee per dog. If you have more than 3 dogs, I will automatically center your artwork on your sweatshirt 🐶🐕🐩🐕🦺🐾
- International : We ship worldwide for a $25 flat rate. We are not responsible for any customs or duties, please check with your local government. The timeline for international orders is 8-12 weeks for production + delivery!
