I received my two sweatshirts the other day and they were absolutely amazing!!
Everyone I spoke to via email or phone was very helpful and pleasant!
I emailed my photos and within a day or so I had my proofs. I made one small change and by the next day the second proof was sent to me for approval.
Emails were sent to me to letting me know how the process was going!
I showed my sweatshirts to the people I work with and several people were interested in placing an order

For starters, the customer service is second to none. There's nothing anyone wants more than a perfect representation of their furry friend and Pupsentials nails it every single time by getting your approval along the way to ensure complete satisfaction! There is no robotic apparatus assisting. Every design is completed by a human who loves and cares for your pet to be represented properly just as much as you do. I also opted for sleeve add ons for their names, which was an extra special touch perfected as well.
Secondly, the attention to detail blows away every single person who sees our crewneck and the quality is cloud-like. I can't imagine shopping anywhere else for our custom embroidery pet needs than here. For reference, I am 5'5 105 and ordered the M for an oversized fit.

The pullover is so incredibly soft and looks just like my Harper girl. Clients at my fitness studio know it’s her since she is our studio pup and it’s so cool to have a little piece of her when she isn’t with me!
I’m loving this belt bag & have gotten several comments from friends & strangers. My only dislike is that the main zipper is gold & the back zipper is black. All the pictures that were shown on your site the zippers are the same color as the bag. I’m just disappointed.
