This was the perfect gift for the mom of our adorable schnoodle. What a unique and fun idea! My only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is the tremendous delay and sparse communication -- I ordered this before Christmas and didn't receive the item until just before Valentine's day. Worth the wait, I just would have liked more communication and clarity on the wait time. Thanks!
The design itself is so cute but the quality of the actual sweatshirt leaves a lot to be desired. After 2 wears, the color leached out of one spot so it looks like there is a bleach stain right in the middle. For the price I’d expect a little better quality.

The sweatshirts are all pigment dyed except for the storm grey. They are very sensitive to any kind of bleaching products which we note on the product description.
I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of my sweatshirt! The quality of the embroidery is excellent and the sweatshirt is so soft and comfy. I wore it to work the very next day!
I did provide some feedback on my first rendering which was well incorporated leading to an excellent likeness of my pet. I will cherish for years to come!
