- Each order includes a 1 of 1 custom designed portrait of your pet or loved one on the sweatshirt. I will personally hand design your art to expertly translate your dog, cat, and/or any animal, into a beautiful embroidered sweatshirt. We will share a proof with you before stitching to make sure you love it!

Please note: Finally we have created our own Pupsentials blank sweatshirt. The Pupsentials brand is a heavy weight unisex sweatshirt. Made with French terry inside, and a soft touch feel, you are going to love wearing this cozy sweatshirt. Widened neck line for a relaxed fit. Sizing is unisex for an oversized fit. For a true to size, we recommend sizing down.
Care Instructions: Please hand wash with cold water. If machine washing, wash inside out on low with cold water, let air dry. Do NOT use the dryer because the high heat could affect the embroidery. Due to the nature of pigment dye, loose pigments may remain on the surface of the garments. We therefore strongly recommend washing these garments only with like-colored garments, as some of the pigment dyes may stain light or white colored garments in the wash cycle. Washing the garments in cold water will reduce the possibility of staining. PLEASE don't use any stain removers or it will take the dye off of the sweasthirt!!!

I received my two sweatshirts the other day and they were absolutely amazing!!
Everyone I spoke to via email or phone was very helpful and pleasant!
I emailed my photos and within a day or so I had my proofs. I made one small change and by the next day the second proof was sent to me for approval.
Emails were sent to me to letting me know how the process was going!

I cannot say enough incredible things about Pupsentials!
For starters, the customer service is second to none. There's nothing anyone wants more than a perfect representation of their furry friend and Pupsentials nails it every single time by getting your approval along the way to ensure complete satisfaction! There is no robotic apparatus assisting. Every design is completed by a human who loves and cares for your pet to be represented properly just as much as you do. I also opted for sleeve add ons for their names, which was an extra special touch perfected as well.
Secondly, the attention to detail blows away every single person who sees our crewneck and the quality is cloud-like. I can't imagine shopping anywhere else for our custom embroidery pet needs than here. For reference, I am 5'5 105 and ordered the M for an oversized fit.

The pullover is so incredibly soft and looks just like my Harper girl. Clients at my fitness studio know it’s her since she is our studio pup and it’s so cool to have a little piece of her when she isn’t with me!

I am so happy with how the artwork turned out for my sweatshirt. She really captured both of my dogs. The only negative is that I ordered a large and the sweatshirt is way too big. I guess it’s because it’s unisex sizing. I ordered the teal which is a beautiful color since I have a white dog and a Yorkie mix. I just wish it wasn’t so big!

Lead Times: This is a made to order custom item. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Rush Delivery is not available due to the size of the patch.
Refunds: This is a custom made item for you. We do not offer refunds due to the time and effort that goes into creating your jacket. If you are hesitant, please do not order. If you have a question, please email us.
Photo Revisions: We are happy to make revisions to your artwork of the photo you submitted. You are allowed 1 free revision. If you wish to use an entirely new photo, there will be a $40 charge for the large artwork.

Love love love this jacket! I haven’t been able to give it to my mom yet but she found their website and has been sending me links to their products. 😂 The pet portraits were easy to upload and they were so good with communication. Cons; the jacket is more of a cropped style vs what the model is wearing I am 5 even and it sits above my waist. Size up! Ran a little small in my opinion. My hair gets tangled in the pearls too but I can live with that! I would buy a jacket again if there was an option to supple my own denim jacket. Overall it was worth the wait.
