Care Instructions: Please hand wash with cold water. If machine washing, wash inside out on low with cold water, let air dry. Due to the nature of pigment dye, loose pigments may remain on the surface of the garments. We therefore strongly recommend washing these garments only with like-colored garments, as some of the pigment dyes may stain light or white colored garments in the wash cycle. Washing the garments in cold water will reduce the possibility of staining.

Literally the cutest pullover I have

The embroidery and rendering are super high quality and it looks just like my dog! Sizing is good (probably a little oversized) and color is perfect! The fabric is on the thinner side for the grey, which is actually pretty nice, but don’t expect it to be a super thick sweater. Thank you so much pupsentials! 100% best purchase of the year!

Not what I expected

The sweatshirt is incredibly soft and a great size. But unfortunately my 2 (left and middle in the picture) out of the 3 dogs look very unlike the photo I submitted. I also didn't receive/approve the proof before embroidery. I even reached out to them to get my order # since I could not find it in my email and the screen shoot of the order number had my email wrong, I sent out a correction and they emailed back that it was received. I'm a bit sad since it's a few days until Christmas and I don't have a backup present for my husband. I was even hoping he would wear this to the Christmas party.

Love it overall. The stitching looks exactly like the pictures I sent and the sweatshirt quality is great but I ordered a large and it fits more like an XXL. Maybe I missed it saying this somewhere but it would have been nice to know sizes run so big since custom made and therefore not exchangeable.

    The artwork turned out so beautifully!

    I do wish the small was actually small and not large enough to wear as a dress but it’s a small price to pay for such an amazing unique piece.

    This shipping process was a little stressful as I am in Canada the package would just move from one town to another in Illinois for a week then there was no tracking at all once it reached the boarder so just a little fyi to have patience.

    All in all great way to memorialize my pup who is no longer with us and show off the ones who still are.

      This Halloween embroidered crewneck is amazing! The quality of the crewneck and the embroidery work is really nice. I ordered a size small(height: 5’7” and weight: 138lbs) and it is a great fit- it’s an oversized fit which is exactly what I like in a crewneck- bonus the sleeves have a little extra length which I love! 10/10 recommend!

          It takes a while to get your item from order to delivery but I think that’s due to customization. So just plan ahead and order early!

            About the Embroidery: The embroidery is truly first class and one of a kind. Over 100,000 stitches, nearly 3 hours to stitch out, and the highest attention to detail. This is a show-stopper and truly a unique, bespoke item. You will receive an artwork proof via email for you to approve or request revisions. Once approved, I will send to my production team to stitch out. 

            NOTE :             This is reserved for only the best Dog Moms. Limited quantities for production only, due to time and effort

            The perfect gift for yourself of that dog mom that comes to mind. It is truly a work of art. If you thought the embroidered sweatshirts were remarkable, this is entirely next level. The photos do not do this jacket justice.

            About the Jacket: Hand-Made with love in Austin, Texas by Pupsentials. This is a true-to-size Denim Jacket with pearls attached. 80% cotton 20% polyester. Long sleeve. High-quality denim perfect for brisk fall nights with friends and pups.

            Care of Jacket: Hand wash only. Hang dry.

            Ordering Process: Ordering is really simple and fast.

            • 1st, we need to find the best photo of your pup. A straight on, good lighting photo works best.
            • 2nd, we will select your size.
            • 3rd, we will add to cart and securely checkout. So easy, right? I will start working on your artwork, and once completed, I will share via email. Once approved or revisions are approved, I will stitch out. Finally, I will pack and ship your order. 


             

            Photo Guide:  The artwork I create will go entirely off the photo you upload. For the best results, please upload a straight on, good lighting photo of your pet.  If you have questions or are in between photos, please send me an email at pupsentialshelp@gmail.com to help you select the best photo before you order. I am happy to help and actually love looking at all the pups! I can crop leashes and bowties, or if you want, we can include them. I can also add flowers, halos, bandanas, and more. 

            Size Guide: The Denim Jacket is true to size. For a larger fit, I recommend sizing up. The size chart is attached below.

            Lead Times:                         This is a made to order custom item. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Rush Delivery is not available due to the size of the patch. 

            Refunds:                         This is a custom made item for you. We do not offer refunds due to the time and effort that goes into creating your jacket. If you are hesitant, please do not order. If you have a question, please email us. 

            Photo Revisions:                         We are happy to make revisions to your artwork of the photo you submitted. You are allowed 1 free revision. If you wish to use an entirely new photo, there will be a $40 charge for the large artwork.

            Cute but doesn’t include my pup as promised

            I was SUPER excited when I saw this book was coming out and even more excited that my dog had been selected to be included! Because of this, I ordered 3 copies of the book (one for myself and the other to give as gifts to my family). Unfortunately my dog is actually not included - the book is massive so I thought it could be easily missed but I paged through several times looking for him and no luck. It’s still a really cute coffee table book that I’ll keep out in my house, but not exactly what I expected - definitely would’ve only ordered a copy for myself had I known.
