The Pupsentials Crewneck is a heavyweight, unisex fit crafted for comfort, style, and longevity. Made with 100% cotton and premium fabric, our crewneck has a soft, oversized fit you’ll never want to take off.

This is more than a sweatshirt—it’s a wearable tribute to your favorite companion.

When washing your Pupsentials product, turn your item inside out, machine wash cold, and lay flat to dry.

Do not iron directly on embroidery. Avoid bleach or high heat to preserve color and stitching.

For all hats and bags: Spot clean only with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash.

To make sure your custom piece arrives in time for Christmas, order by November 5th for guaranteed holiday delivery.

Orders placed after November 5th will continue to be fulfilled with care but may arrive after December 25th.

Because every Pupsentials item is hand-drawn and custom-made, orders typically ship within 3–4 weeks from the time your proof is approved.

During peak holiday seasons or for orders featuring multiple pets, timelines may extend to 5–6 weeks.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

You can request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at Pupsentialshelp@gmail.com

If your artwork has not yet been started, we’ll issue a full refund.

If your artwork has already been created, you’ll receive a refund minus a $35 hand-drawn artwork fee to honor our artist’s time and care.

Because every item is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges after 24 hours unless something arrives damaged or incorrect.
