Refund policy

So I set the NOV 1st deadline to give us 7 weeks from delivery with a guarantee delivery.

Right now we are getting orders delivered in 6-8 weeks, & I just wanted to give us a buffer due to increase in order volume from holidays and Oprah's fav list.

You would get your order in the 6-8 week mark, but I just can't "guarantee" delivery (middle of December) but as of now, that's the current estimate. I hope that makes sense :)
Due to the custom nature of all of the products we produce at Pupsentials, we are unable to offer returns. 

If you are unhappy with your order, please email within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will work with you on making things right! 

If you place your order without a promo or discount code, we are unable to refund the difference. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. 


We begin working on each custom order promptly after they are placed. To cancel or change an order, you must email within 24 hours of your order being placed. After 24 hours, it is not possible to cancel your order.
