Refund policy
So I set the NOV 1st deadline to give us 7 weeks from delivery with a guarantee delivery.
Right now we are getting orders delivered in 6-8 weeks, & I just wanted to give us a buffer due to increase in order volume from holidays and Oprah's fav list.
You would get your order in the 6-8 week mark, but I just can't "guarantee" delivery (middle of December) but as of now, that's the current estimate. I hope that makes sense :)

Due to the custom nature of all of the products we produce at Pupsentials, we are unable to offer returns.
If you are unhappy with your order, please email pups@pupsentials.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will work with you on making things right!
If you place your order without a promo or discount code, we are unable to refund the difference.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email pups@pupsentials.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
CANCELLATIONS
We begin working on each custom order promptly after they are placed. To cancel or change an order, you must email pups@pupsentials.com within 24 hours of your order being placed. After 24 hours, it is not possible to cancel your order.
