Made with French terry inside, and a soft touch feel, you are going to love wearing this cozy sweatshirt. Widened neck line for a relaxed fit. Sizing is unisex for an oversized fit. Care Instructions: Please hand wash with cold water. If machine washing, wash inside out on low with cold water, let air dry. Do NOT use the dryer because the high heat could affect the embroidery. Due to the nature of pigment dye, loose pigments may remain on the surface of the garments. We therefore strongly recommend washing these garments only with like-colored garments, as some of the pigment dyes may stain light or white colored garments in the wash cycle. Washing the garments in cold water will reduce the possibility of staining. PLEASE don't use any stain removers or it will take the dye off of the sweasthirt!!!

I received my two sweatshirts the other day and they were absolutely amazing!!

I emailed my photos and within a day or so I had my proofs. I made one small change and by the next day the second proof was sent to me for approval.

I cannot say enough incredible things about Pupsentials!
For starters, the customer service is second to none. There's nothing anyone wants more than a perfect representation of their furry friend and Pupsentials nails it every single time by getting your approval along the way to ensure complete satisfaction! There is no robotic apparatus assisting. Every design is completed by a human who loves and cares for your pet to be represented properly just as much as you do. I also opted for sleeve add ons for their names, which was an extra special touch perfected as well.
Secondly, the attention to detail blows away every single person who sees our crewneck and the quality is cloud-like. I can't imagine shopping anywhere else for our custom embroidery pet needs than here. For reference, I am 5'5 105 and ordered the M for an oversized fit.

I am so happy with how the artwork turned out for my sweatshirt. She really captured both of my dogs. The only negative is that I ordered a large and the sweatshirt is way too big. I guess it’s because it’s unisex sizing. I ordered the teal which is a beautiful color since I have a white dog and a Yorkie mix. I just wish it wasn’t so big!

I haven’t been able to give it to my mom yet but she found their website and has been sending me links to their products. 😂 The pet portraits were easy to upload and they were so good with communication. Stitching is incredible. Very realistic.you can see the intricate details of the fur. I wear it and get compliments all the time. Cons; the jacket is more of a cropped style vs what the model is wearing I am 5 even and it sits above my waist. Size up! Ran a little small in my opinion. My hair gets tangled in the pearls too but I can live with that! I would buy a jacket again if there was an option to supple my own denim jacket. Overall it was worth the wait. My boyfriend ordered on Black Friday and I got the jacket end of January. This made me cry when I opened it. Thank you

I’m loving this belt bag & have gotten several comments from friends & strangers. My only dislike is that the main zipper is gold & the back zipper is black. All the pictures that were shown on your site the zippers are the same color as the bag. I’m just disappointed.

This little bag brings me SO much joy and I get compliments on it all the time out in public. It looks exactly like my dog which makes it fun to wear it on walks with him.
I’m pretty bummed that the patch isn’t completely sewn on (not fully attached at the top, picture showing it coming off the bag) so I’m hoping it lasts since the price point was so high.

- Due to the Nature of this Custom Product We cannot provide refunds or cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order or if we've already completed the artwork within that time.
**Revisions:** on artwork
- You can request up to two free revisions. Additional revisions are available for $25 to compensate our artists time.
- If you want to change the picture entirely, there's a $35 fee to rework the photo. Each artwork takes 2 hours to create. This provides for our artists time.
- For the best results, please provide a clear picture with good lighting.
- We work with one picture per order, so choose the one you want to use. If you are between photos please reach out via email to help choose the best one.
**Shipping Protection:**
- - To safeguard your order in case of mailing system issues, we recommend adding shipping protection during checkout.**** IF YOU DON’T PURCHASE SHIPPING PROTECTION THEN WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ITEMS. ***
**Proof Approval:**
- You must approve your proof within 7 days. After that, it will be auto-approved and sent for production. We can't make changes once it's in production. If you have a Hotmail email, please check your spam folder. We suggest using a different email if possible.
**Sweatshirt Color:**
- Once an order is placed, we cannot change the sweatshirt color.
**Custom Text:**
- Adding custom text to your order comes with an additional cost of $10 for monograming, payable during checkout.
**Returns and Exchanges:**
- We do not offer returns or exchanges since our items are fully customized.
