Hi, I'm Kyndall,
Dog mom to 5 pups, Decker, Ramsey, Piper, Wagyu, and KC, wife to my high school sweetheart, Jake, real mom to Levee and River, and co-founder of Pupsentials.
What started as a passion project in our home in Austin has grown into a small business that’s touched thousands of pet parents across the country.
Because to us—and to you—they’re not just pups. They’re family.
We’re grateful every day to build our dream one stitch at a time and to help fellow pup parents celebrate the unconditional love that inspired it all.

At Pupsentials, giving back is woven into everything we do. That’s why with every purchase, a portion of proceeds goes directly to Saving Hope, a local rescue organization based in North Dallas.

How It Started
INSPIRED FROM UNCONDITIONAL LOVE
2012
Kyndall and Jake meet and become high school sweethearts.
2016
We got our first dog, Decker. It’s love at first sight.
2017 & 2018
We were obsessed. Next came the rescue pup, Ramsey, and Piper, the bulldog.
2019
We tied the knot. Of course, all 3 dogs are there as witnesses.
2020
What’s one more dog? Wagyu, another bulldog, joins our pack.

We welcomed a baby boy, Levee!

Jake wanted to surprise Kyn with a special, custom gift to honor her love of dogs. When he couldn’t find anything that felt personal, stylish, or detailed enough, he decided to buy an embroidery machine and do it himself.

Kyn loved it so much, we thought about starting a business. Voila, Pupsentials is born in Fort Worth, Texas.

First sweatshirt is sold! We have a business!

Pup parents are obsessed! We bought 10 embroidery machines in our garage to keep up.

KC, a Catahoula Rescue found in Broken Bow, joins the crew, making our dog count up to 5.

We grew our team to 22 artists and 12 embroidery specialists. We moved our production to Austin, Texas.
2024
We listened to our customers and improved. We purchased 15 more machines, improved our sweatshirt quality, moved to in-stitch, 25,000 stitches per artwork, and 15 different thread colors.
2025
We welcomed a baby girl! Hello, River. We’re now a family of 4 (...er, 9).
