Hand drawn artwork & shared with youĀ All patches have embroidered thread with 25,000-30,000 stitches, our company has been growing exponentially fast and we have branched into doing custom embroidered patches.
- We only go off of 1 picture so please only upload the best one! If you upload more than 1 then the team will choose the best one. We only embroider the head unless specified in notes to add the full body!
How to choose the best picture?
- Take photos in natural light. You want to have even light with no shadows
- Best angle is straightforward and close so we can see all of the details of your pet

Ā If you need 2+ revisions it is a fee and if you want to start over with a new picture it is a $35 fee due to the amount of work that goes into the artwork. We can't wait to create a beautiful sweater to showcase the love between a human and their pet (:

- Due to the Nature of this Custom Product We cannot provide refunds or cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order or if we've already completed the artwork within that time.
Ā **Revisions:** on artwork
- You can request up to two free revisions. Additional revisions are available for $25 to compensate our artists time.
- If you want to change the picture entirely, there's a $35 fee to rework the photo. Each artwork takes 2 hours to create. This provides for our artists time.Ā
- For the best results, please provide a clear picture with good lighting.
- We work with one picture per order, so choose the one you want to use. If you are between photos please reach out via email to help choose the best one.Ā

-Ā - To safeguard your order in case of mailing system issues, we recommend adding shipping protection during checkout.**** IF YOU DONāT PURCHASE SHIPPING PROTECTION THEN WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ITEMS. ***
Ā **Proof Approval:**
- You must approve your proof within 7 days. After that, it will be auto-approved and sent for production. We can't make changes once it's in production.Ā If you have a Hotmail email, please check your spam folder. We suggest using a different email if possible.
**Sweatshirt Color:**
- Once an order is placed, we cannot change the sweatshirt color.
Ā **Custom Text:**
- Adding custom text to your order comes with an additional cost of $10 for monograming, payable during checkout.
**Returns and Exchanges:**
- We do not offer returns or exchanges since our items are fully customized.
