I set the NOV 1st deadline to give us 7 weeks from delivery with a guarantee delivery.
Right now we are getting orders delivered in 4-5 weeks, & I just wanted to give us a buffer due to increase in order volume from holidays and Oprah's fav list.
You would get your order in the 5-6 week mark, but I just can't "guarantee" delivery (middle of december) but as of now, that's the current estimate. I hope that makes sense :)

Artwork Proofs : You will get an artwork proof within 2-3 weeks of your order via Email. Please check your spam. It is your responsibility to approve the artwork within 7 days of it being sent to your email. If I hear no response in 7 days, I will move your order to production. Please send ALL questions to my email - pupsentialshelp@gmail.com - thank you!

- Revisions : Once I share your artwork, you will receive an email for you to view and approve or request 1 revisions, it is best to be specific with what you want exactly changed.
- Please only upload 1 photo. If you upload multiple photos we will choose the best one.
- For more than 2+ revisions it is $25.
- For a new photo it is $35.
- Please note, the art will be based on the photo you submit.

4️⃣ That’s all! So easy right? I will begin working on your artwork and share with you once it is ready via Email where you can approve or request 1 revision. If you need any additional revisions, it is $35. For a new photo it is $35. I want you to LOVE your sweatshirt and I spend over 3 hours per piece to make sure it’s perfect for you! ✅ 🥳 🐶

- Sizing : Sizing is Unisex for a looser fit. Sweatshirt available in sizes XS-5XL. If you need any help please reach out.We embroider on the highest quality sweatshirt blanks called Independent trading co. This is a classic Mid-Weight sweatshirt that will last forever.

- Image : Please submit a photo online of your dog face straight on.

- Colors : If you are having trouble picking out a color, once your artwork is created I can create a free mockup for you to view colors and pick your favorite incase we need to change. If you have a special request, please reach out to me to see if I can special order your blank.

- Revisions : Once I share your artwork, you will receive an email for you to view and approve or request 1 revisions, it is best to be specific with what you want exactly changed.
- Please only upload 1 photo. If you upload multiple photos we will choose the best one.
- For more than 2+ revisions it is $25.
- For a new photo it is $35.
- Please note, the art will be based on the photo you submit.

- More than 1 dog : There is a $35 extra fee per dog. If you have more than 3 dogs, I will automatically center your artwork on your sweatshirt 🐶🐕🐩🐕‍🦺🐾

- International : We ship worldwide for a $25 flat rate. We are not responsible for any customs or duties, please check with your local government. The timeline for international orders is 8-12 weeks for production + delivery!

- Refunds : Due to the nature of this custom product and time spent, I will do everything I can do to make it right with you if you have an issue. Please email me in order to find a solution. Please note, all items are made to order. We operate a non return policy as a result.

- Delivery Time : Please allow 6-8 Business Weeks for Production and 1-3 Business days for shipping with insurance and tracking included.
