A few quick questions, answered:

What photo works best? Bright, natural light and a front-facing shot of that sweet face. Smiling photos are the best! 📸

How do I put it on? Iron-on takes about 30 seconds with a regular household iron. Or use fabric glue.

How long does it take? We'll email you a proof to approve first in about 1 day, then embroidery + delivery takes around 3-4 weeks based on our order queue, rush options available to skip to the front of the line.

Not sure you'll love it? Don't worry, free artwork revisions, and if the proof isn't perfect, we will work with you on a new photo. 💛

When washing your Pupsentials product, turn your item inside out, machine wash cold, and lay flat to dry.

Do not iron directly on embroidery. Avoid bleach or high heat to preserve color and stitching.

For all hats and bags: Spot clean only with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash.

Because each item is custom-made, orders ship in 3–4 weeks from proof approval. During holiday seasons or with multiple pets, timelines may extend to 5–6 weeks.

You can request a full refund within 24 hours of ordering by emailing us at support@pupsentials.com.

If your artwork hasn’t been started yet, we’ll refund you in full.

If the artwork has already been created, you’ll receive a refund minus a $35 hand-drawn artwork fee to honor our artist’s time and care.

Because every item is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges after 24 hours unless something arrives damaged or incorrect.
