Shipping and delivery is 3-4 weeks from your order date.

- Due to the Nature of this Custom Product We cannot provide refunds or cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order or if we've already completed the artwork within that time.

**Revisions:** on artwork
- You can request up to two free revisions. Additional revisions are available for $25 to compensate our artists time.

- If you want to change the picture entirely, there's a $35 fee to rework the photo. Each artwork takes 2 hours to create. This provides for our artists time.

- For the best results, please provide a clear picture with good lighting.
- We work with one picture per order, so choose the one you want to use. If you are between photos please reach out via email to help choose the best one.

**Shipping Protection:**
- To safeguard your order in case of mailing system issues, we recommend adding shipping protection during checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stollen packages. Adding shipping protections will

**Proof Approval:**
- You must approve your proof within 7 days. After that, it will be auto-approved and sent for production. We can't make changes once it's in production. If you have a Hotmail email, please check your spam folder. We suggest using a different email if possible.

**Sweatshirt Color:**
- Once an order is placed, we cannot change the sweatshirt color.

**Custom Text:**
- Adding custom text to your order comes with an additional cost of $10 for monograming, payable during checkout.

Love my jacket!

Stitching is incredible. Very realistic.you can see the intricate details of the fur. I wear it and get compliments all the time. Cons; the jacket is more of a cropped style vs what the model is wearing I am 5 even and it sits above my waist. Size up! Ran a little small in my opinion. My hair gets tangled in the pearls too but I can live with that! I would buy a jacket again if there was an option to supple my own denim jacket. Overall it was worth the wait. My boyfriend ordered on Black Friday and I got the jacket end of January. This made me cry when I opened it. Thank you

Ordered way too small.

I ordered an embroidered sweatshirt on March 12, 2024, as a birthday gift for my wife. It arrived on March 27, 2024, to my daughter's apartment and I gave it to my wife as a wrapped gift today (April 14, 2024). It had not been opened from the original shipment bag until then. That is when I found out that I really messed up and must have not marked that it should be a 3XL instead of the Small that was in the bag. So, my wife has a sweatshirt with a great embroidered rendition of our dog, but absolutely no way that she can wear it. I felt terrible and told I would just order a new one and she said absolutely not, that is too expensive. That is especially since I missed the "Deals and Steals" half price by a couple of days on this order. So, it looks very good, but unfortunately she won't be able to wear it.

I ordered this way early because I couldn’t resist. She will love it. I’m not getting grandchildren from these two but they love their puppies to the moon so this will be a home run!

Sweet memories stitched

My pups crossed the rainbow bridge - a year or so apart before the world stopped with Covid. When my friend saw your company on GMA a she sent me the link and I knew I wanted to have the two of them together.

I was blown away at the detail achieved.Attached are the pix used and a closeup of the embroidery. Since the color of my boy’s ball was obscured by dirt - I asked for it to be bright blue - after a color edit- it’s PERFECT - I loooove the almost 3D effect it has!

The only suggestion I have is including a drop-down to select placement - I had assumed they would be centered, instead they are tow the left. My preference would have been centered- from the pictures on the multiple dog sweatshirts I assumed it would be.

It’s too hot to wear now in Texas - but the fabric feels great - looking forward to cold weather!

Absolutely gorgeous pink color and love the details on my pup. I have half a dozen pupsentials sweatshirts and a hat on the way as well. Love this brand so much!!
