PERSONALIZATION
Upload Your Pet Photo
Choose a clear, well-lit photo where your pet's entire face and ears are visible. Front-facing photos typically create the best embroidered portrait.
Choose Your Initial
Select the initial you'd like embroidered on the opposite tail.
For multiple pets, we'll thoughtfully arrange the portraits to create the best finished design.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
When washing your Pupsentials product, turn your item inside out, machine wash cold, and lay flat to dry.
Do not iron directly on embroidery. Avoid bleach or high heat to preserve color and stitching.
For all hats and bags: Spot clean only with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Because every Pupsentials items are hand-drawn and custom-made, orders typically deliver within 3–4 weeks from the time your proof is approved.
Denim jackets ship free within the USA.
If you need your order by a certain date, please email us and we’ll do our best to help.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
You can request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at Pupsentialshelp@gmail.com
If your artwork has not yet been started, we’ll issue a full refund.
If your artwork has already been created, you’ll receive a refund minus a $35 hand-drawn artwork fee to honor our artist’s time and care.
Because every item is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges after 24 hours unless something arrives damaged or incorrect.
